      Management pay is decent but comes at a cost.

      Cons

      Terrible new system and SOP roll out. No 401k. Claim strong culture on LinkedIn but does not reflect in day to day. Upper management very slow to respond.

      Pros

      There are no pros. I don’t recommend anyone working under this management.

      Cons

      They did not give my PTO even though I requested it. I was leaving my job to move to further education and they still tried to make me work till the end without giving me anytime to pack up my things before I move and time with my family. This management also fired my AGM without notice as well. My raise after a year wasn’t a raise at all because it was just the base pay of that year. I was also working overnight and they refused to pay me more even though night auditors are payed more because no one wants to work those jobs. They expected me to always be there even when I was in the hospital and after my surgery. Overall my experience was terrible and I have nothing good to say.
