The culture here is extremely toxic. Employees are treated like children, with frequent instances of bullying, dishonesty, and scapegoating. Management lacks cohesion, and the board and CEO have left a highly problematic individual in charge of HR and wellbeing. They even appointed a customer as a board member without a DBS check, who turned out to be a convicted criminal. LHP wastes money on senior leaders who contribute little while punishing the officers. Career development has become a joke under ineffective leadership. The head of housing allows his team to behave poorly both in and out of the office. LHP now resembles a school more than a professional social housing association.
