We have an annual salary review process for all employees based on fair and consistent prinicples. There are instances when people are paid at the top of a pay range for their role and are not eligible for increases, but commission plans will always scale each year and you have the ability to earn based on your performance - however, we do not know the individual circumstances of your particular case.
