Pros

Working at The Influence Agency has genuinely been one of the most energizing experiences of my career. The culture here is collaborative, fast-moving, and deeply creative — you're surrounded by people who actually care about the work they put out. Leadership is transparent and invested in the team's growth, not just client results. What sets TIA apart is how they balance big-brand ambition with authentic, human-centered storytelling. Every campaign feels intentional. If you're looking for a team that pushes boundaries in the digital marketing space and brings real heart to influencer marketing, this is it. Proud to be part of the #TIATeam.

Cons

Not really a con that i can think of!

Pros

I just started with TIA, about three months ago. Immediately I was impressed with the company, so actually reached out to them, and one of the founders was intrigued by my email and replied promptly. We immediately connected in a number of ways and he told me he takes calls with interesting people, whether there's a job open or not. I was interesting enough that they reopened a job for me. Disclaimer: no was has paid me or coerced me into this review Ha! I can't say enough good things about TIA, my leadership and this company overall. I'll preface this by saying, I've worked for tons of American companies, and I can say I'd never give up this job. Most importantly, there is SO much INTEGRITY in TIA's work. The deliverables are all KPI driven and done on time, by the departments and roles who have clear cut responsibilities. 2. We are given the freedom to do our jobs the way we want to do them and have autonomy but also work extremely collaboratively. Anyone and everyone is willing to go out on a limb to help anyone else. And no one, and this is new for me, is breathing down my neck at all times. I absolutely love my coworkers, as they celebrate me, and I celebrate them. I'm actually, for the first time in my life, in and out of B2B SaaS and working for mammoth agencies like VaynerMedia, felt valued and respected, and unafraid of just being dropped. I've also never seen a team that is so happy on our Monday meeting, where we go over initiatives for the week, and I've absolutely never seen this level of organization. This is the happiest and most authentic culture I've been a part of, not just the classic "we're a family" nonsense which means they're going to use you, abuse you and let you go. The partners (and all of the department heads) @ TIA are hands-on, and are open to mentoring their employees, but also learning from employees. There are no egos here. Feedback, good and bad is given appropriately, and we are given the opportunity to learn and improve. TIA has spent time to acquire the best talent, which makes it easy to acquire and retain clients...and the long standing expanding team of employees who have been here for years. Most importantly, we are valued, all of us. It's a culture of mutual respect, hard work, working together, talent, and fun with an excellent work/life balance. Not everything is an EMERGENCY, which is new to me. Our work is done on time and everyone seems to knows their role, but is always willing to support by sending collateral or helping answer simple questions. The level of work to stress ratio is exceptional. I would work @ TIA forever, and everything mentioned above makes me want to succeed more than money, sales, commission, new clients, etc. I don't feel like there's a power struggle or hierarchy, but rather, just a team that works bilaterally together to make insanely creative projects come to life, where independent-out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged, not dismissed, and there is no one at the company that is stuck in their ways. I can't say enough good things about the work, operations, organization, our clients & our leadership. Everything internally and externally is handled in a cool, calm, and collected manner that really fosters the feeling of safety to speak up and be human. We are set up for success @ TIA. I thought it was a Canadian thing, but I realized TIA is truly special... and as a sales person, that can be hard as a marketing agency to convey to clients, because they've heard it before, but THIS BE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF AGENCY. The partners took all the bad from their previous agencies, and flipped the script. Even on off days at work, frustrations, and personal bad days, I get encouraging words and feel supported. I've never not felt more safe and content in a role, and I'm truly proud of our work and the team. oh and by the way I haven't even met them yet.

Cons

They get to eat free lunch, and I don't because I'm remote.

Pros

Excellent team culture with lots of opportunity for growth. People with aspirations are rewarded, and hard work does not go unseen. An amazing team overall, with lots of cross-collaboration involved for client deliverables.

Cons

Regular process changes as the company is in a growth stage, and very quick-paced environment (great for some, not ideal for others).
