Amazing company to work for! Top tier, competitive pay. Parkway offers a great work / life balance by making sure all employees recieve a true full 2 days off. Management is hands on insuring a smooth operation. Raises are given regularly as a reward for production, timeliness and positive demeanor. Team moral stays constantly high and any issues are addressed promptly to insure a cohesive team experience. With over 30 years in the hospitality industry in and around New Orleans I can confidently say that Parkway is as good as job as any I have had over my career. In the years I have been there Parkway has sustained growth and shows no sign of slowing down!

Zero come to mind. It does get busy so you must be able to deal with high pressure situations at times but with the size of Parkways team you always have the backing you need to be successful.
