The only pros of joining this firm is they've got cracked some glory in the US Stocks domain. That's the only usable product of their app, rest is all mediocre stuff and easily ignorable.
Cons
Extremely toxic culture, micromanagement is rampant, unsupportive managers, and tone-deaf stakeholders. The HRs are mere puppet of the C-Suite folks. The Chief of Staff does everything other than helping the staff.
You'd be adjudged on the basis of how much you're in the "good books" of the stakeholders, rather on the quality of your work completed. Biasedness is deep-rooted in the company's ethos which is parallel(y) reflected in their appraisal cycles as well.
No matter how stellar of a performer you're, if the CEO doesn't like you for whatsoever reason, you'd be booted.
