Pros
You'll work with some very genuine, very smart people
Cons
- On-boarding and training of any kind is encompassed by reading a random book off the shelf and watching YouTube videos
- Management is fundamentally clueless on how to run a business
- The quality of your work environment is contingent on the owner's particular mood that day. Mood swings occur regularly.
- Once hired, it's unlikely there's even a purpose for your position
- Your job title and daily responsibilities will change with zero visibility into what those changes or expectations will be
- You'll have to lie to clients about your experience
- Management is under the impression your life outside of work is under their dictation. I was told by the owner he did not want me going to the gym after work, as if I apparently needed his permission to do so
