      If you are learner then there are so many things you can learn if you will extend working hours or days. Some people just learn just by having many years of experience.

      Cons

      System is poor. No accountability Toxic culture Time management is bad Rules to keep your bonus for 18 months If you take stand for yourself then bosses will make it worse for you to and you will struggle to survive.
