      - Payments on time - Some helpful colleagues

      Cons

      - They fire people without notice - No flexibility over work schedules - Micromanagement - Unpaid over time - No structure and organisation whatsoever - Most projects have priority 1, almost every week - Higher management and BAs completely incompetent - Toxic behaviours - No growth or opportunities for most people (just the favourites ascend) - Salaries a bit above the average (bonuses only for the big fish) - No stability or appreciation for the extra mile

      Pros

      Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

      Cons

      The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.
