Pros
Only Saturday off, and even that comes with tons of workload and constant mental pressure. Half the time, they’ll still call you back in—even on that day.
Cons
I worked for them with complete dedication, and at one point, I genuinely believed they were good people. But I was wrong—I misunderstood the kind of culture they come from. The reality is, they lack basic emotional intelligence and integrity. I even relocated to a different city just to work with them, and after 1.5 years of commitment, I was suddenly told I wasn’t “good enough” and was let go. I personally know 10+ people who were given false hopes and eventually betrayed. This is not just my experience—it’s a pattern. The “cool” image they portray on social media is completely fake—just like their business numbers. Working there drained my confidence, and at one point, even my financial stability (EMIs) was at risk. If you’re considering joining them, especially at a salary above ₹30K, be prepared for uncertainty and possible betrayal. Honestly, you’re better off starting something small on your own than trusting a company like this. Behind the façade of being “cool,” there’s zero civic sense, zero moral values—only a narrow focus on profits, with no regard for people.
