Pros
Benefits are decent. Company matches at 6%. (If you have kids, which i do not, they are eligible for free Tuition) New President (Dr. Hornbeek) and VP of Media, Jason Sharp, are taking the University and Media in the right direction
Cons
Pay is not the greatest. (Please stop calling the 2-3% Cost of living yearly increase a Bonus). I get it is a raise, but this is standard in every company. A bonus is above and beyond that.
