The environment is welcoming and supportive, and there is a genuine sense of care among the team that makes you feel valued and connected. Dr. Kierra Lloyd is a strong and dedicated leader who is not only passionate about the growth of the company, but also truly supportive of her staff. That balance creates a space where clinicians feel encouraged, respected, and able to grow. There are consistent opportunities for learning and development, along with a level of professionalism and care that contributes to a healthy and successful work environment.

As we continue to grow, we routinely advocate with insurance payors, who ultimately influence reimbursement rates for mental health services, while also evaluating ways to improve opportunities, benefits, training, mentorship, and long-term earning potential for our clinicians; many of which extend beyond direct financial compensation alone.
