1. The BODs always feud with each other in front of staffs which is not professional. 2. The Finance department ONLY listen to the ‘boss’ in terms of salaries, appeals. If the ‘boss’ likes you, you got your salary. If not, say goodbye to your salary that month. 3. Unorganised management: got NO human resource. 4. Unclear management process and lots of confusions. 5. Colleagues has been working for 3-4 years but no bonus or increment.
