The non-owner doctors are great and try to support their team.
Cons
The culture feels very political and unstable. The CEO acts supportive until suddenly things change and people get pushed out through someone else on the leadership team. He acts like a child by avoiding conversation and talking negatively to others about you. It is everyone else's fault - never his. Trust is very low across the company. You cannot trust HR or any of the owner doctors. Turnover is constant, especially with office managers. The leadership team has turned over twice in the past 18 months. It’s hard to build any consistency or a culture when people never feel secure or supported by the CEO and owner doctors. There are good people there who care about patients and their teams, but the company needs more honest leadership and respect for employees.
