Pros
The leadership team is extremely caring about each and every employee. They make an effort to get to really know you. They produce some incredibly cool events, meaning you will get first hand experience helping make core memories for their clients.
Cons
They talk the talk, but don't necessarily walk the walk. Poor communication across departments leads to missed deadlines, poor marketing for events, and an overall culture full of pointed fingers. In my time there, I felt setup for failure in a lot of areas due to this poor communication. This is an old school company. This means that many employees operate the same way they did 20+ years ago, There are many rules and regulations that are not followed due to the lack of desire to adapt/change. If you are expecting to have a long career with them, please be prepared for the company to fall apart at any given time. There is also not a culture of education, learning, and improvement. If you are unable to meet their extremely high expectations (they typically expect work that is worth double, if not triple, your salary but cannot afford candidates with that experience/level of work), you are cast aside, instead of being taught how to grow and succeed.
