Pros

Most co-workers are great, A few bad apples, but that's everywhere. Travel benefits are good.

Cons

Poor training- Training is very convoluted, and no one is treated the same. What one instructor said you did correctly, another may fail you on it. Pay, lowest in the industry. Lots of "free labor" out of their employees Management- very poor management. They are a shoot-first, ask-questions-later type.
