Pay could be better, Communication from SLT could be improved

- The teams are quite closely knit and you get a feeling of togetherness. - Offices spread across the country (although you will be assigned an office depending on role) - Good work life balance.

- There seems to be no structure in place at times. - Communication tends to be poor. - Big changes seem to happen fairly often and not in a good way. - Might be a personal lack of understanding but after 3 years of working at Zenergi, still do not know what the company does as a whole. I know what my role and my department does but as for the bigger picture, it seems to be very confusing as to how it is explained.
