The ability to work 2.5 our of 7.5 hour a day outside of business hours is particularly beneficial for managing other activities. - Supportive Colleagues: The team at Giveclarity is incredibly kind and caring. Colleagues go the extra mile to help each other, fostering a strong "in it together" mentality.

- Limited Indirect Interaction: Being a fully remote consultancy, there isn't much interaction with colleagues outside of your immediate project team, except during quarterly team meetings or informal catch-ups. However, it's easy to organize additional interactions on your own and people are always open to this.

The kindness, support and availability of colleagues is like nowhere else. I've never seen a company with people caring so much to help and support each other. A very flat structure, with management encouraging people to share their views, suggest improvements. The management is all ears to new ideas. A safe space. My colleagues are there to get things done. I admire their incredible speed and efficiency. The company offers a possibility to work fully remotely. Very positive, friendly and well-intentioned atmosphere.

The structure resembles a circle of friends, with a lack of certain procedures and ties having built among colleagues that go beyond professional relations. This has a lot of advantages but ultimately and especially in the medium- or long-run, if unaddressed, this risks impacting the objectivity of decision making and development of the company.
