Pros
No actual structure Get to see a variety of clientele
Cons
This workplace may not be suitable for everyone. In my personal experience, proper training was quite limited, so I had to learn many things on my own. The job scope also felt quite broad, and at times, the work process could feel unclear due to limited systems, tools, or references. During my time there, I felt that communication and expectations could have been clearer, especially regarding work standards, pay adjustment processes, and how bonus payouts were explained. For example, the stated bonus amount may not be the final amount received, as it may refer to the employer’s total cost before deductions. I also felt that workplace communication could be more professional, as there were times when employees were discussed with other employees. The work environment may also be challenging for some, as the space can get dusty. Chinese proficiency may be helpful, as there may be situations where staff need to communicate with suppliers. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace unless someone is looking for an entry-level first job and is prepared to learn independently in a less structured environment. Everything is from my PERSONAL Opinion, to be taken with a grain of salt
