Pros
Everyone at this company (from leadership to engineering to product to data annotation) is completely bought in to the mission. More than that, everyone is intelligent and understands the "why" behind what we do. Truly the smartest group of people I've worked with in my career. Specifically, we have some absolutely incredible engineering talent. Finally, the path for advancement is very clear. It is a merit-based system so you can get promoted after only being there for a couple of months.
Cons
It is not a traditional 9-5 role and involves some later calls with the global team. I don't really see this as a con though as it also means there is flexibility in other parts of the day.
