Good staff and colleagues at working level.
Cons
Poor management. Poor relationship with operating crews, T&C's being reduced and removed. Fixed Roster patterns with potential to be away from home for upto 18 days. Hotel quality reduced to Travelodge level in some places. Combative COO with no communication or engagement with staff. Entrenched management and interference from other parts of the group. Long time for pilots in training - can be over a year in Line Training.
