      The job is fully remote

      Cons

      Communication is completely absent. Payments are always late, if they even arrive. At the moment of writing this, I'm owed multiple months of salary with permanent excuses and constant ghosting. Even tho payments are irregular at best, and there is no transparency with the processes, constant crunch is expected. There are some bonuses, but you are actively being sabotaged to make sure you never get them.
