Incredible team culture and true flexibility - Operations Assistant Saltroad Employee Review

Saltroad allows me to manage my own private caseload alongside my full time NHS role. I get to decide how big my caseload is, the clinical areas, and in locations I choose. Always improving the service, I started off with Saltroad from the beginning and we always have new services and improvements offered to us, including CPD, peer groups, AI initiatives. Consistent timing for being paid. Team on hand for support and answering questions almost instantly! Selena and Debbie have always responded to me so quickly and helped me when needed.

I honestly have no cons for working with SALTROAD. I am grateful to be apart of them.

The team at Saltroad are approachable, supportive and friendly. They are constantly striving to improve systems and efficiency, while looking after their employees. The set up works perfectly for me, to be able to take on clients when I have capacity. Their communication is prompt and if there is ever an issue, they get back to you quickly.
