Pros
The pay is good, they give a lot of freedom if you have an idea. It's perfect if you don't want to overwork yourself, but also gives good oppurtunities
Cons
The politics in management are visible and not looking well. The comp is good but not very top. Tech stack is not very mature, excel is the base tool.
