Disorganized in training new employees. No clear guidelines. The Board of Directors has not fully understood its responsibilities, which can make staff feel uncertain and undervalued. Having one of its members as an employee was detrimental to the staff's health and well-being. The board decided not to have an Executive Director, which may be a significant challenge for this organization. They don't have a clear path to success. Don't trust that they actually care about their staff. No execution of ideas, just all talk.
