Pros

The people here are genuinely good, smart, low ego, and easy to work with. That's not a given everywhere and it makes a real difference day to day. There's also room to grow if you're willing to take initiative, the company rewards that.

Cons

It's a fast growing company so some processes are still being figured out. Things aren't always perfectly defined, but that's expected at this stage.

Low ego and real growth, that's the combination we try to build for. The fact that processes aren't always perfectly defined is a fair tradeoff at this stage, and one we keep working on. Port Team

Pros

Good PTO and Health Benefits. Some really nice people on the team to work with.

Cons

High turnover makes it so there is not a lot of continuity in the processes, and adds to the already high level of disorganization. Senior level people are not involved in day to day processes and this keeps them very disconnected from whats actually going on. Trying to pass off a whole AI narrative for stuff thats half built and not a validated need in the market. A lot of the stuff has already been covered in other reviews.

This is difficult to hear. Regarding the point on padding reviews, we simply invited the team to provide their genuine perspective, whatever that might be. The feedback about the gap between leadership and day-to-day operations hits home, and I won't offer excuses. I own that. Zohar (CEO)
