Toxic environment with abusive management and high turnover - Admissions Lead Verve College Employee Review

The CEO is abusive. He yells and threatens to fire people daily even when they are doing their jobs correctly. I received very little training but was expected to complete tasks outside of my job description and expertise without being consulted. No one received training and no one was safe. In my 9 months there, 20 people were brought on and then either quit or were fired. The office holds a maximum of 17 people. I received no benefits.
