Meals are provided, and there are employee engagement events like summer parties and Christmas parties, showing significant investment in unity among team members and the entire company. Also, the company does everything to support growth for employees professionally if you're willing to. With collaborative work, all departments can grow together. You can clearly see projects moving forward and the entire organization progressing as one.

As the company is growing rapidly, the intensity of work is also high. As mentioned in other reviews, I completely agree that there is little work-life balance. However, I believe the company provides as much support and rewards as one is willing to pursue. Ultimately, it's up to each individual to decide what kind of environment they thrive in.
