Pros

I started with the company as an Analyst and have since been promoted multiple times into a Senior Associate role, which speaks to the strong opportunities for growth and internal advancement. Compensation and benefits are highly competitive compared to other developers in the affordable housing industry. Leadership also provides a high level of autonomy and trust, allowing employees to take ownership of their projects without feeling micromanaged. The culture encourages independence while still offering support when needed.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, which means processes and procedures can change frequently. While this is understandable given the pace of growth, it can sometimes create frustration or uncertainty in day-to-day operations. The affordable housing industry is also facing significant market and policy headwinds, and while leadership has done a solid job navigating these challenges, additional transparency around higher-level strategic decisions would help strengthen employee confidence and alignment.
