Pros
- Have never worked at a company with better product stability than Glia (so much less time working on fires)
- Customers are genuinely happy to see you and work with you - most treat you like a partner
- Really good pace of product innovation (sometimes hard to keep up with tbh)
- Semi-annual company events are really fun and effective to bring together a primarily remote company
- My co-workers are amazing and so good to learn from - great culture on the team
- I like some of the additional training around banking and AI that has been provided
Cons
- Some benefits are less mature than what you'd hope for (but probably not atypical of a high growth company)
- Change is pretty constant (need to have a tough stomach for pivots...usually small, but sometimes big)
- Efforts to be onsite (Local) with customers is really good and effective, but it adds additional busyness
