Pros

Been here a while and it's been a great experience. Management trusts you to do your job, and there are real opportunities to develop your skills. The culture is collaborative. Generous holiday, and hybrid working is flexible. Nice location. HR handles things smoothly when you need. It’s good that we have a mental health scheme now which I feel was needed.

Cons

Salary is a bit below market rate for London. The promotion timeline isn't always clear, would appreciate more transparency there. Systems feel outdated compared to other companies I’ve worked at.

Pros

Unfortunately nothing was a pro.

Cons

Management abuses their power. Never found anything positive to say and only stated the negative Instead of trying to come to an understanding of what the issue was, mangement would already have a false conclusion. Mangement also allowed co-works to get away with things, but would complain if other employees were to do the same thing. Micromanager and uncomfortable to work with during my time there at the NYC location.

Pros

Some colleagues were supportive at peer level Frame Allowance

Cons

Career progression is non-existent unless your goal is to master staying in the same role while watching less competent people get promoted for playing politics. Micromanagement taken to Olympic levels if you enjoy being watched like a security threat for every click, this is your dream job. Gossip isn’t just common, it’s how the company runs. Even higher ups gets involved, fuelling cliques and whispered drama like it’s part of the job description also gossip travels faster than actual emails. Structure here exists in theory, like unicorns or fair promotions. Five-star reviews likely written by HR or people clinging to hope like it’s a job benefit. So don’t be fooled please. Overall, it’s the kind of place that makes you question whether unemployment might actually be self-care.
