      This company is rapidly expanding and does an amazing job at taking care of their employees. They truly provide top notch IT services throughout the river region and strive for excellence in all their endeavors.

      They take good care of their employees and the company is still young enough to "get in on the ground floor". Upper management is willing to be very hands on with employees growth.

      The small size of the company can be a double edge sword. Expects employees to be able to hit the ground running or to be willing to study on your own time
