management sucked, owners didn’t care, cheap, understaffed and underpaid, always unprepared(especially when we could only prep for the day made it extremely hard when only working with 2 other people), didn’t pay their bills had bags of moldy rags in the back for over a month , didn’t get our trucks the day they were supposed to be there, manager constantly running to the store / sysco to get products.
