Management listens to feedback given by the employees and makes meaningful strides to try and improve things every year. Working with people who care about the members they serve is very positive thing to experience every day. Good work/life balance. Great team members. Excellent company provided equipment.

The healthcare plan isn't the best and yearly bonuses are completely at the discretion of management. They are also tied to company performance which can be out of your control. It would be a lot better if the company and personal bonuses were from separate pools, and guaranteed every year.
