      Good pay and benefits but nothing else

      Cons

      Upper management sucks. They look out for their friends and screw over everyone else. The CEO has literally told employees that they only care about making shareholders money.

      Sometimes monotonous work, have to prove yourself that you know what you’re talking about. Sometimes have to deal with big egos.
