No pros only cons. No brainer boss.

If you are not chinese don’t ever expect to have any promotion, raise or bonus. Those are reserve only for chinese staff. But heavy work will be put under non chinese staff responsibility and be the main reason for no promotion, salary raise and bonuses. The head of department even brief all staff in chinese even though got non mandarin speaker in the department.

It makes you realize that a big company is not always a good company.
