I Did not find any positive points

They advertise postdoctoral positions and encourage you to apply. However, they often spend a long time on the process even when they already have a preferred candidate. They still invite applications and give the impression that you have a strong chance—even when you are a 100% match for the position. In the end, it feels very disrespectful, especially when they don’t even send a rejection response.
