Pros
The company runs on a pure “hire fast, fire faster” model. There’s zero job security and no long term thinking around people or culture. It feels more like a short term resource deployment strategy than an actual organization building sustainable teams.
Infrastructure is weak and poorly thought through both technically and operationally. Processes are either missing or constantly changing, which leads to chaos and blame shifting. There’s no real leadership vision, just reactive decision making.
The culture is highly political and trust deficient. Collaboration is low, and people tend to operate in survival mode. Back stabbing / channeling and throwing others under the bus isn’t uncommon, and this behavior seems normalized because it reflects the tone set by leadership.
Leads and mid management operate with a command and control mindset rather than mentorship. There’s little transparency, no strong value system, and ethics feel optional when targets are involved.
Overall, it’s a transactional, output over everything setup with minimal regard for people, morale, or long term growth.
Cons
There are serious integrity issues. Management and leads openly push for manipulating data and presenting inflated or misleading numbers to clients. The pressure to “make it look good” is stronger than the pressure to be accurate.
Ethics take a back seat to optics. If targets aren’t met, the expectation isn’t to fix the problem, it’s to tweak the narrative. This mindset clearly comes from the top and filters down.
If you value transparency and clean work practices, this environment will make you uncomfortable very quickly.
