Generally, the organization has a good intention in helping workers to earn a better living & live a better life. Unfortunately, this is not the case towards their own employees in certain departments. If you are a person who cannot withstand being ill-treated & back-stabbed by the management, this organization is not for you. There have been many cases of management abusing their power & mistreat employees. Certain management manipulates employees & cultivates hates excessively: 1. Gossip & ill-talk employees 2. Spreading rumors & promote hatred among colleagues 3. Threaten employees who are not in favor & encourage others to hate them It is a shame that as an organization who carries the image of protecting workers does not practice the same value towards their employees.
