      The work is very fulfilling and also challenging. There is also flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than what you would receive elsewhere in Pittsburgh, but I think the flexibility makes up for it.

      Camaraderie, teamwork. A lot of employee experience events. Mentorship. Education opportunities. Diverse leadership.

      Cons

      Annual 'merit awards' max out at about 4%. Top-down communication is lacking sometimes. It's a high volume hospital, things can get very hectic quickly.
