      Pros

      Lots of project. Great place to start career and learn the fundamentals of qs work. Many opportunities to experience various stages of construction process in qs consultant pov. Most of seniors, associates and directors are very nice and happy to share knowledge and know hows.

      Cons

      Sometimes too many projects to handle for one person without any assistance from anyone else. Less senior around.
