Pros
The work culture here is among the most unprofessional I have experienced in my career. There is a significant lack of structure, communication, and basic workplace standards. There is no proper induction or onboarding process. New employees are expected to start working immediately without any background information about clients or requirements, which makes it difficult to perform effectively. The expectations set for recruitment targets are unrealistic. Recruiters are limited to opening only 15 profiles per day on Naukri, yet are expected to achieve 150–160 profiles weekly, even for niche skill requirements. This creates unnecessary pressure and makes target achievement impractical. The company does not provide essential work resources such as an official SIM card or phone. Employees are required to use their personal numbers and WhatsApp for all communication, which raises concerns about professionalism, privacy, and data security. There are frequent client escalations, and there have been instances where candidate resumes and experience details are misrepresented, which impacts credibility and trust. Salary disbursement is inconsistent, and there is a lack of job security. Instead of supporting high-performing employees, the environment often feels demotivating. The workplace culture includes excessive internal politics and, at times, employees are treated disrespectfully, which negatively affects morale. Forcing candidates and employees to submit positive reviews about company by threatening to withhold salary, documentation, or full-and-final settlement. I would advise against joining this company and recommend building your career elsewhere. For final settlement, the company has a policy of taking up to 90 days to clear the payment. Additionally, there is no proper communication or support from the HR team once an employee is released. Kindly think twice before joining this company. Regarding management:
Cons
**Anand (Owner/MD):** There appears to be a lack of professional management practices. There is constant pressure on recruiters without clear direction. Feedback is often repeated without proper tracking, and previously shared updates are overlooked. Even when positions are on hold or closed, updates are still repeatedly requested. Communication is largely conducted through personal WhatsApp messages instead of professional platforms, which feels unstructured and intrusive. Additionally, despite limited client base (particularly in the Middle East, with only a couple of active clients and minimal requirements), expectations remain high without alignment to actual workload. **Priyanka (Manager):** There are concerns regarding favoritism and a directive management style that does not encourage open communication. As a reporting manager, there is a lack of proper briefing on client requirements. Technical understanding of roles appears limited at times, which affects candidate screening quality. This has led to candidates expressing discomfort during interactions. Weekly review meetings are conducted; however, employee concerns raised during these discussions are often not acknowledged or addressed.
