Company leadership is lacking and communication is poor - Anonymous employee Blue Mountain Resort Employee Review

Resort wide technologies don't work, making it impossible to do your job effectively, they just take people's money and expect you to justify it on their behalf (long waits, terrible conditions, disgruntled employees). Department are extremely overworked and too lean. Leadership in my department was painfully immature and directly rude to people under them, but favored and praised by other management. Also, most people also dont realize it's an AMERICAN company (your money spent at this CANADIAN mountain goes to Amercian CEO's). I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
