Worked on cutting-edge technologies involving computer vision, geospatial AI, drone intelligence, point cloud processing, and large-scale ML systems. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and encourages innovation, research, and experimentation.

      As the company scales quickly, some internal processes and documentation can still improve further to support smoother cross-team coordination.

      1. Flexible culture dependent on your manager 2. Exciting tech and problem statement 3. Some people are extremely talented, and you will learn a lot from them

      Cons

      Most managers tend to micro-manage. Senior leadership does not take feedback well and does not listen to its employees. Very cult-like behaviour. Favouritism over competence always. Overworking is rewarded in the name of hustle culture without any overtime pay. HR is one of the worst I've ever seen. Everything is always urgent, and you will be pressured to work on weekends and at odd hours. No work-life balance, and hence, burnout is prevalent here. There is no transparency into the company's financials, and you never know when your salary will be put on hold during a rough patch.
