Pros
No two days are the same, and you will never be bored. The work is challenging but equally rewarding, you just have to be willing to apply yourself. The pay and health benefits are better than you see at most companies. You get ample vacation and sick leave, performance bonuses, etc. They even provide assistance if you seek out additional licenses or certifications. I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about, because their experience is not at all what my experience has been. I enjoyed my time working with Margaret as an IT consultant for a decade, so much so that I asked to work directly for her three years ago. I’ve learned an incredible amount in my time here since then, and I am looking forward to continued growth and success with the team.
Cons
You will work hard every day. If you don’t want to work in a company that expects you to apply and challenge yourself daily, then this will not be a good fit. This is only really a con if you’re unmotivated.
