The company is very small-minded and often stuck in old tranditions and weird rules. And by rules, I mean stupid rules Jyske Bank have come up with themselves, not legislation.
Department and team leaders are often (almost always) picked by convencience instead of talent and skill.
You will be "forced" to be a loyal customer of Jyske Bank if you are to work there. You can choose not to, but in that case some of your benefits will not be available.
No real onboarding or offboarding. Every time someone new starts leaders have to reinvent how people are introduces
Some of Jyske Bank want to be agile and use scrum, but they don't know what to do with it, so more often than not it just becomes a checklist instead of a useful tool. Or it becomes a chain arround everyones feet since they can't do anything without creating a ticket for it.
