Pros

The training provided was really good and you get to learn about investment products which can be a great stepping tool in the future. They also pay for your IR exams if you interested. So far, the management and team are good people to work with. If you can deal with a good amount of pressure, you will be okay

Cons

There is not much room for growth within itrade itself, the wait times can be brutal during the busy period( which is most of the times) which makes cx hard to deal with. The systems used are archaic and don't know if management is looking into changing that and makes servicing hard and customers frustrated.

There are no downsides in the first three years; however, boredom may start to set in afterward
