Flexible schedule but micromanagement and poor culture - Pension Analyst Employees' Retirement System of Georgia Employee Review

None I can think of.

They have flexibility and hybrid work schedule.

Segregated office space. You would think in 2024 segregation would be over, nope. They are consistently, inconsistent when it comes to any training or delegating work and your job function. Upper management all have there head in the clouds when it comes to the amount of function you are doing as a Pension analyst. Pension Analysts are customer service phone rep, the processor, the banker, the qc’er and intake interviewer, and you are the trainer webinar/seminar host. On another note, you can be the target of management if they just don’t like you, your cloths, shoes, not socializing enough, and or over socializing etc ( weird small office antics).
