Pros
- Some decent colleagues who are trying their best under terrible circumstances
- Occasionally interesting projects, though often sabotaged by poor leadership
Cons
****Culture of rage-baiting: Leaders provoke emotional responses from employees just to assert control. It’s psychological warfare disguised as “tough love.” [This one is the worst which is why I left]
- Unprofessional leadership: Senior management displays shockingly immature behavior—frequent belittling of staff, and knee-jerk decisions that derail progress.
- Zero accountability: Management never takes responsibility for poor outcomes, always shifting blame to junior staff or external factors.
- Feedback is weaponized: Constructive input is met with hostility or used against you. Speak up at your own risk.
- Opaque and erratic decision-making: Priorities change daily depending on who’s shouting the loudest or which manager is throwing a tantrum.
- No work-life balance: no OT pay or OiL offered when working weekends. Sometimes, management even expects you to work past 12am.
- Many of the 5-star reviews were requested by management and written under supervision.
