Friendly team but micromanagement is an issue - Associate Poovayya and Co Employee Review

Quality work...professional senior partners.. decent and considerate behaviour.

Senior associates specially female ones are un professional..rude.sadistic...infact toxic towards juniors.they don't know how to behave..groom or patronize juniors in the teams... spoiling the working atomphere. Senior partners trust them but they aren't doing good for the firm. Low salary not matching with other tier 2 law firms in delhi with similar workloads.

Great experience with valuable exposure to legal research and drafting work. Associates are generally friendly and approachable.

Terrible work culture with heavy workload in associates and even interns
